
Garlic-Parmesan Buttery Broccolini

What you need

tsp paprika

oz parmesan cheese

tsp salt

can cannellini beans

tbsp water

broccolini

tbsp olive oil
parsley

cup tahini

clove garlic

tbsp hot sauce
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Prep the beans by mixing them with olive oil, salt, paprika and garlic in a bowl. Spread on one sheet pan and roast for 25 minutes, tossing halfway. 3: For the broccolini, mix butter, garlic, salt, and paprika in a bowl. Toss the broccolini in the mixture and add parmesan cheese. Roast for 15-17 minutes, tossing halfway. 4: While everything roasts, prepare the tahini by processing tahini, sun dried tomatoes, water, hot sauce, and salt until smooth. 5: Spread the tahini on a plate and top with roasted broccolini, beans, and optional toppings like almonds, parsley, and oil.View original recipe
