
General Tso's Chicken
A healthy version of General Tso's Chicken, sweetened with date syrup and orange. It’s easy to make and delicious, perfect for dinner or meal prep. What you need

tsp potato starch

tsp paprika
tsp salt
cup apple cider vinegar

tbsp orange juice

tbsp sriracha

tsp ground ginger

tsp ginger

tsp sesame oil

avocado oil

tsp pepper
tsp fresh ginger
egg

Instructions
1: Combine date syrup, water, potato starch, apple cider vinegar, liquid aminos or tamari, sriracha, minced garlic, grated fresh ginger, ground ginger, sesame oil, orange juice, and paprika in a bowl and whisk together. 2: Heat the mixture over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low and whisk. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes until it thickens. 3: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss in a whisked egg. 4: Toss chicken in a mixture of gf flour or potato starch, salt, pepper, and ginger. 5: Spray chicken with avocado oil and air fry for 8 minutes. 6: Remove chicken and toss in the prepared sauce.View original recipe
