
General Tso's Turkey Stuffed Squash

What you need

tbsp orange juice

pepper

tsp salt

vidalia onion

tbsp tapioca starch

tsp sriracha

cup coconut aminos

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp lime juice

acorn squash

clove garlic

tsp sesame oil

tbsp apple cider vinegar
tbsp oil

lb ground turkey
Instructions
1: Cut the acorn squash in half, scoop out the seeds, brush with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake at 400°F for about 50-60 minutes. 2: Heat 1/2 cup broth over medium high heat, add sliced Vidalia onion and minced garlic, and cook until liquid cooks off. 3: Add ground turkey, sprinkle with tapioca starch, salt, and pepper. Toss, then add another 1/3 cup broth, reduce heat to medium, and sauté until turkey is cooked through. 4: Mix together coconut aminos, salt, date syrup, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, tomato paste, sriracha, sesame oil, and powdered ginger. 5: Pour the sauce into the turkey mixture and allow it to thicken for about 4 minutes.
