
Gluten Free Lo Mein
A super simple gluten-free lo mein with ginger garlic chicken. This dish features a lovely sauce made with apple cider vinegar, tamari soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, sriracha, and ginger. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a tasty weekend meal.
What you need

garlic powder

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tapioca starch

tsp sriracha

tbsp sesame oil
cup broth

cabbage

chicken

salt

ginger

pinch coconut sugar

pepper

coconut oil
Instructions
1: Whisk together apple cider vinegar, tamari soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, sriracha, tapioca starch, salt, pepper, grated ginger, sesame oil, and broth in a bowl. 2: Heat the mixture over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, whisking until it thickens, then remove from heat. 3: Toss the sauce with cooked noodles and some shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, scallions, and sesame seeds. 4: Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, and a pinch of coconut sugar. 5: Sear the chicken in coconut oil on each side for 5 minutes over medium heat until cooked through.View original recipe
