
Greek Chicken Gyro Tacos
Quick and delicious Greek chicken gyro tacos topped with a dairy-free spicy tzatziki. The chicken is marinated in a simple mixture and cooked to perfection, then served in cassava and coconut tortillas with fresh veggies and avocado. A perfect meal for Taco Thursday that can be prepared in just around 15 minutes!
What you need

tsp sriracha
red cabbage

avocado

cucumber
chicken breast

tbsp coconut aminos

tbsp lemon juice

vidalia onion

pinch salt
tbsp dill

black olives
Instructions
1: Slice one large chicken breast thinly (about 1/3 inch thick). 2: Marinate chicken in coconut aminos, dried oregano, and salt. 3: Air fry for about 5 minutes on 375°F, or bake for about 7 minutes on 375°F, or pan sear for about a minute and a half per side. 4: For the tzatziki, mix coconut milk yogurt, minced dill, grated cucumber (drained), lemon juice, sriracha, coconut aminos, and a pinch of salt. 5: Heat tortillas and fill them with spicy greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, Vidalia onion, red cabbage, chicken, avocado, and goat feta cheese.View original recipe
