Instructions
1: Pound the chicken breast thin and place it in a bowl or sealable bag. 2: In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, dried oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, honey, and minced garlic. 3: Pour the marinade over the chicken, mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. 4: Preheat the grill to medium heat. 5: Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard the marinade, and grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side. 6: For the watermelon, mix equal amounts of honey, lime juice, and olive oil. 7: Brush the honey-lime mixture onto each watermelon slice and grill for about 1.5-2 minutes on each side until slightly soft and charred. 8: Sprinkle the grilled watermelon with coarse sea salt, feta, and chopped dill. 9: Serve the chicken and watermelon with arugula, jasmine rice, and diced avocado.View original recipe
