cup feta

lb turkey
cup red onion

tbsp tahini

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp oregano

tsp salt

cup dill

cup cauliflower rice
egg

plain greek yogurt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Combine turkey, cauliflower rice, red onion, dill, feta, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. 3: Mix together well using clean hands, incorporating all ingredients. 4: Roll mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place 1 inch apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. 5: Brush the tops of the meatballs with olive oil. 6: Bake for about 20 minutes. 7: For the tahini drizzle, mix tahini, lemon juice, coconut aminos, and water until smooth. 8: For the creamy hummus dill dip, mix some hummus with Greek yogurt and chopped dill. 9: Serve with air-fried sweet potatoes and salad.View original recipe
