
Grilled Balsamic Peach Chicken Skewers

What you need
tsp lemon zest
tbsp fresh thyme

tsp honey
tbsp olive oil

clove garlic

cup balsamic vinegar

tbsp coconut aminos

lemon juice
tsp pepper

tsp salt

tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
1: Cut chicken thighs or breasts into 3/4 inch pieces. 2: Peel and blend peach, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dairy free yogurt, coconut aminos, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. 3: Marinate the chicken in the blended mixture for 1-2 hours in the fridge. 4: Place marinated chicken on skewers. 5: Grill the skewers until cooked through. 6: For the dip, mix dairy free yogurt, minced garlic, fresh thyme, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest.View original recipe
