Instructions
1: Blend the cold brew, ice cubes, cacao powder, maca, vanilla, collagen, dairy free creamer, and sweetener until frothy. 2: Cut sweet potatoes into 1/3 inch thick slices and spray with avocado oil. 3: Air fry the sweet potato slices for about 5-7 minutes at 390°F or bake for 25 minutes at 400°F, flipping halfway. 4: To make guacamole, mash the avocados and mix in lime juice, salt, cumin, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, and minced jalapeño. 5: Season shrimp with Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning and sear on medium high for about 2 minutes per side. 6: Assemble the sweet potato toasts with the guacamole and top with the chili lime shrimp.View original recipe
