This meal can be adapted for paleo diets by substituting rice with veggie rice. The recipe serves tender chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, roasted perfectly, and smothered in a flavorful sauce that includes orange juice, coconut aminos, and garlic, served alongside steamed broccolini and jasmine rice.

Instructions
1: Season chicken with salt and pepper and roast at 350°F for about 25 minutes (depending on thickness). 2: Remove chicken and let it rest for about 10 minutes before cutting it up. 3: In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, coconut aminos, liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce, organic ketchup, minced garlic, tapioca starch mixed with water, and honey. 4: Bring the sauce ingredients to a boil, then lower the heat and whisk for another 2 minutes before removing from heat. 5: Smother the cut roasted chicken in the sauce and serve with steamed broccolini, steamed jasmine rice, and sliced avocado.View original recipe
