
Honey Lemon Basil Shrimp

What you need

tbsp lemon juice

tsp dried thyme
tbsp olive oil

clove garlic

tsp paprika

lb shrimp

bunch asparagus

tsp espresso powder

tsp salt

tsp cumin

cup basil

lb gold potatoes

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp garlic powder
tsp pepper

tsp onion powder
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Toss asparagus with ghee or coconut oil, salt, pepper, and coconut aminos. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until tender. 3: Toss shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and coconut aminos. 4: In a hot pan with ghee, sauté shrimp for 2 minutes, then add lemon juice and honey, tossing for another minute. 5: Add chopped basil and cook for another minute until shrimp are done. 6: Remove asparagus from oven and add it to the skillet with shrimp, tossing together. 7: Toss quartered gold potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Bake on a sheet pan at 450°F for 20 minutes. 8: Season salmon filets with salt and pepper. Sear skin side up in olive oil for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for one more minute. 9: After potatoes have cooked for 20 minutes, push them to one side of the sheet pan and add the salmon. 10: Drizzle honey and tamari soy sauce over the salmon, then sprinkle the spice mixture over it. 11: Place the sheet pan back in the oven for 4-7 minutes until salmon is cooked to your liking.View original recipe
