
Honey Lime Salmon & Street Fries
A flavorful meal featuring honey lime salmon, paired with Mexican street fries and a creamy sweet & spicy chipotle ketchup. The dish is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed air-fried or baked, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.
What you need

tsp onion powder

tsp coconut oil

tbsp sweet chili sauce

tsp pepper

tsp chili powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp oregano

tsp cumin

tsp coconut sugar
tsp dill seed

tbsp honey

tbsp mustard

tsp coconut aminos

cup tahini

tbsp lime juice

tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
1: Pat the salmon filets dry and season with salt and pepper. 2: Heat coconut oil over medium heat and sear salmon skin side up for 4 minutes. 3: Mix melted coconut oil, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice. Add coconut aminos. 4: Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 5: Pour the honey lime mixture over the salmon and turn off the heat. 6: For the fries, cut and soak Red Bliss potatoes in ice water for 30 minutes. Pat dry. 7: Toss potatoes in chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, and coconut sugar. 8: Add coconut oil or ghee and air fry for 10-15 minutes on 375°F or bake at 425°F for 25 minutes, tossing every few minutes. 9: For the ketchup, mix ketchup, sweet chili sauce, chipotle hot sauce, lime juice, and yogurt. 10: For the tahini ranch, mix tahini, coconut milk yogurt, mustard, lime juice, coconut aminos, dill seed, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.View original recipe
