
Honey Lime Salmon with Fries

This recipe includes fresh salmon filets seared to perfection, along with homemade fries that can be air fried or baked. What you need

tsp onion powder

tsp coconut oil

tbsp sweet chili sauce

tsp pepper

tsp chili powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp oregano

tsp cumin

tsp coconut sugar
tsp dill seed

tbsp honey

tbsp mustard

tsp coconut aminos

cup tahini

tbsp lime juice

tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
1: Pat dry the salmon filets and season with salt and pepper. 2: Heat coconut oil over medium heat and sear salmon skin side up for 4 minutes. 3: Mix melted coconut oil, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice. 4: Add coconut aminos and flip the salmon cook for another 2-3 minutes. 5: Pour honey lime mixture over the salmon and turn off heat. 6: Cut Red Bliss potatoes, soak in ice water for 30 minutes, and pat dry. 7: Toss potatoes with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, and coconut sugar. 8: Air fry for 10-15 minutes at 375°F or bake at 425°F for about 25 minutes, tossing every few minutes. 9: Prepare the ketchup by mixing ketchup, sweet chili sauce, chipotle hot sauce, lime juice, and yogurt. 10: For tahini ranch, mix tahini, coconut milk yogurt, mustard, lime juice, coconut aminos, dill seed, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.View original recipe
