tsp coconut aminos

avocado oil

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Mix together mustard, honey, coconut aminos, garlic powder, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. 3: Pat the trout filets dry and season with salt and pepper. 4: Place the filets on a baking sheet or oven-safe pan, and baste with the mustard mixture. 5: Bake for 15 minutes, turning on the broiler for the last two minutes for a crispy texture. 6: For the fries, soak peeled sweet potatoes cut into fries in ice water for an hour. 7: Remove from water, dry, and toss in potato starch. 8: Spray with avocado oil, add salt and pepper, and air fry on 375°F for about 10 minutes until crispy, or alternatively bake on 400°F for about 25 minutes.View original recipe
