Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Make the compound butter by mixing the butter, honey mustard, chives, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. 3: Drizzle olive oil on a large sheet pan and add cabbage rounds, coating them in oil. 4: Spread the butter mixture evenly on the cabbage rounds, season with salt and pepper, and roast for about 40 minutes, flipping halfway. 5: After 40 minutes, flip the rounds back and increase the temperature to 450°F. Roast for another 15-20 minutes until tender and crisp. 6: While the cabbage roasts, prepare the tahini-yogurt ranch by mixing tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, chives, dill, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and water. 7: Adjust the ranch consistency by adding more water if needed. 8: Top the roasted cabbage with ranch, additional chives, chopped pistachios, and red pepper flakes.View original recipe
