
Honey-Basil Butter Roasted Radishes
Delicious honey-basil butter roasted radishes paired with creamy avocado hummus and topped with feta cheese. These radishes are perfectly roasted to achieve a crunchy texture and are elevated with the buttery flavor and fresh basil. The combination with avocado hummus makes for a delightful dish.

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2: In a small bowl, combine the butter, oil, basil, honey, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and place in the oven to melt for about 2 minutes. 3: In a large bowl, toss the radishes with the melted butter mixture until well coated. Spread the radishes cut-side down on the prepared sheet pan. 4: Roast the radishes in the oven for 25-28 minutes until browned, without flipping. 5: Meanwhile, prepare the hummus by blending the chickpeas, avocado, tahini, lemon juice, salt, baking soda, cumin, pepper, and ice cubes in a food processor until smooth. Gradually add water to reach the desired consistency. 6: On a plate, spread 1/2 to 3/4 of the hummus, top with the roasted radishes, and garnish with basil, parsley, feta, pistachios, lemon zest, black pepper, and honey.View original recipe
