
Honey-Cumin-Butter Corn Ribs
Delicious corn ribs brushed with a honey-cumin-butter mix and topped with a chipotle-lime crema and feta cheese. Perfect for summer cookouts!

cup sour cream

fl oz honey

tsp salt
tsp dried oregano

tsp lime zest

corn
lime

tsp chipotle chili powder

tbsp butter

tsp cumin

tbsp scallion

oz sunflower seed

oz feta
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Mix all ingredients for the butter in a small bowl. Place the corn onto the sheet pan and brush the tops with the butter. Sprinkle the cilantro and scallions and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway. 3: Make the sauce by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mixing to combine. 4: Top the corn with the sauce and toppings.View original recipe
