What you need

tsp paprika

tbsp honey

tsp salt

lemon juice

tbsp salted butter

cup roasted cashews
pepper

lb salmon filet
tsp olive oil

clove garlic
lemon zest
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 275°F. Line a casserole dish with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Make the butter. Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add the butter, then the paprika and garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds, then add the honey and mix. Allow to bubble and cook for about 3 minutes, then add lemon juice and scallions. Cook for another 2 minutes while stirring until thick. 3: Place lemon slices in the bottom of the casserole dish. Place salmon on top and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the butter mixture over the salmon. Bake for 30 minutes, then broil for 1 minute. 4: While the salmon cooks, make the crumble. Chop the cashews and mix with parsley, scallions, lemon zest, salt, red pepper, and olive oil to create a crumble. 5: Remove salmon from the oven. Spoon the crumble mixture over the salmon and drizzle some melted honey and butter from the dish over the top.View original recipe
