Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Make the butter mixture by adding the unsalted butter, roasted garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix to combine. Set aside. 3: Add the sweet potatoes to the sheet pan, then spoon the butter mixture evenly over the potatoes. Divide the parsley between the potatoes and cover the sheet pan with aluminum foil. 4: Place the potatoes in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
