
Honey-Garlic Za’atar Chicken

tbsp honey

clove garlic

tsp oregano

tsp sumac
pinch red pepper
tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

pinch sugar

tsp salt
tbsp olive oil
cup parsley
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 2: Mix together the za’atar seasoning: oregano, sesame seeds, sumac, and salt. 3: Brush olive oil over the chicken legs, coat with the seasoning, and place on a sheet pan. 4: Cut the potatoes in half, brush with olive oil, season with salt, and place beside the chicken. 5: Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. 6: After 20 minutes, drizzle honey over the chicken and increase the temperature to 400°F. 7: Cook for another 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. (Optional: Broil for a couple of minutes to crisp the skin.) 8: For the chimichurri, mix chopped parsley, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, red pepper, balsamic vinegar, and optional sugar or honey. 9: For the spinach, steam/sauteé with broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, and crushed almonds.View original recipe
