1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Mix together the honey-mustard by adding the olive oil, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Whisk to combine. 3: Add the cauliflower to the sheet pan, pour the honey-mustard mixture over it.
