
Honey-Mustard Salmon
A quick and easy 10-minute honey-mustard salmon meal served over avocado and feta toast, perfect for a delicious start to any week.
What you need

coconut aminos
pepper
avocado

salt
tbsp ghee
olive oil

hemp seeds

tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
Instructions
1: Pat dry and season the coho salmon with salt and pepper. 2: Heat ghee over medium heat and sear salmon for about 4 minutes. 3: Flip the salmon and cook for another 4 minutes. 4: Mix together honey and whole grain dijon mustard, then spread on top of the salmon. 5: Toast a piece of sourdough, smear some avocado, and add feta cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. 6: Serve with cucumbers sprinkled with sea salt, hemp seeds, and coconut aminos.View original recipe
