
Hot Honey Roasted Pears
A delicious holiday appetizer or side featuring roasted pears topped with feta, Parmesan, pecans, and drizzled with hot honey. Quick and easy to prepare, this dish is perfect for any holiday gathering.
What you need
fl oz olive oil
bunch fresh thyme

tsp salt

bunch arugula

tsp black pepper
lemon zest
pepper

tbsp capers

tbsp golden raisin

fl oz honey

pear

oz feta
pecan
fl oz raw honey
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 420°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Chop the pecans, feta, Parmesan, and thyme together until well combined. 3: Place the pears on the baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and add a couple spoonfuls of the mixture to each pear half. 4: Drizzle with hot honey and bake for 11-13 minutes. 5: While the pears roast, chop the golden raisins and capers together and set aside. 6: Plate the pears, add some arugula, the caper and raisin mixture, drizzle with olive oil, lemon zest, and black pepper. 7: Add extra honey if desired.View original recipe
