
Hot-Smoked Salmon Holiday Platter
A delicious hot-smoked salmon holiday platter featuring 8 ounces of salmon filets and a flavorful seasoning mix. Simple and quick to prepare on your stovetop with a Camerons Stovetop Smoker. This dish is perfect for impressing guests during the festive season.
What you need

tbsp red onion

tsp dried dill

tbsp sugar
lemon

tsp salt

bread

tsp black pepper

fl oz mayonnaise

tbsp capers
oz salmon fillet
Instructions
1: Add the sugar, salt, paprika, dill, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix to combine. 2: Squeeze the lemon juice over the salmon filets, then generously coat the salmon in the seasoning mixture. Shake off the extra seasoning. 3: Add 1 1/2 oak wood chips to the bottom of the Camerons Stovetop Smoker. Add the drip pan on top, then add a piece of aluminum foil to the top of the drip pan. Top the drip pan with the tray, then add the salmon filets. Add the cover to the smoker, then place on burners preheated to medium heat. Cook the salmon for about 20 minutes, then turn off the heat. 4: Remove the cover of the smoker and allow the salmon to cook for a few minutes. 5: To serve the salmon platter, arrange the bread, lemon, greens, capers, mayonnaise, onions, and salmon on a plate.
