
Jalapeño & Cumin Shrimp Burgers

What you need

tsp garlic powder

fl oz lime juice

tsp chili powder

tsp honey

tbsp cumin

cup tortilla chips

tsp salt

cup mayonnaise

Instructions
1: Make the Mayo. Add the mayonnaise, chili powder, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, and salt. 2: Add the shrimp to a food processor and process for 30 seconds, until a paste begins to form. 3: Add the onion, jalapeño, tortilla chips, egg white, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and salt to the shrimp and process for another 30 seconds. The texture will be sticky. 4: Form the mixture into burger patties, about ½ inch thick. Set on a plate. 5: Heat a sauté pan over medium-high and once it is hot, add a couple teaspoons of olive oil. 6: Add the burgers in batches, and cook for about three minutes per side, or until cooked through. 7: Serve on a bun with lettuce, guacamole, red onions, and chipotle mayo if using.View original recipe
