Instructions
1: Blend coconut flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, egg, egg whites, half of a large Japanese sweet potato, and flax seed. 2: Pour the blended mixture into a skillet. 3: Cook until set and finish off under the broiler. 4: Remove from skillet and top with avocado, micro greens, hemp seeds, banana, homemade chocolate spread, granola, cashew butter, raspberry chia jam, kiwi berries, strawberries, honey, and chocolate chia seeds.View original recipe
