tbsp coconut flour
tsp vanilla

cinnamon

avocado oil
Instructions
1: Blend steamed kabocha, coconut flour, egg whites, ground flax, cream of tartar, vanilla, and cinnamon. 2: Spray skillet or griddle with avocado oil. 3: Pour about 1/3 cup of batter onto the skillet. 4: Cook batter for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping when bubbly on the first side. 5: Top off the pancakes with your favorite toppings and enjoy.View original recipe
