
Kale Chip Nachos
A non-traditional twist on Taco Tuesday with crispy kale chips topped with ground turkey, vegetables, and a spicy yogurt sauce.
What you need

avocado

cup cabbage
bunch kale

bunch cilantro

tbsp lime juice

pinch pepper

tbsp coconut aminos

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 450°F. 2: Toss kale pieces with coconut oil, Himalayan salt, and pepper. 3: Roast the kale on a baking sheet for about 12 minutes, watching carefully to prevent overcooking. 4: Prepare toppings: shred cabbage, chop tomatoes, slice avocado, roast mini peppers, and mushrooms. 5: Cook ground turkey, season with turmeric. 6: Assemble nachos by layering crispy kale chips with ground turkey and all prepared toppings. 7: Mix the yogurt sauce ingredients together and drizzle over the nachos. 8: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
