
Lamb Koftka Meatballs

What you need

tsp salt
tsp red pepper
lb lamb

tsp cardamom
tbsp olive oil

tsp cinnamon

tsp cumin
cup onion

tsp zaatar

cup roasted red pepper

tsp paprika

tbsp tahini

cup mushroom

tsp garlic

tbsp fresh dill
tbsp lemon
Instructions
1: Mix spices (cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, paprika, salt, red pepper flakes) in a small bowl. 2: Process the roasted almonds in a food processor until they become a crumb, then remove and set in a bowl. 3: Add the roasted red pepper, onion, garlic, and mushroom to the food processor and process until pulverized, just before it becomes a paste. 4: Squeeze out the liquid from the veggies using a paper towel. 5: In a large bowl, combine the lamb, mixed spices, almonds, processed veggies, and fresh herbs (cilantro and dill) until well combined. 6: Form the mixture into 1.5 inch balls. 7: Bake in an oven-safe pan at 400°F for about 18 minutes.View original recipe
