1: Crumble @knowfoods bars and pack them into the bottom of a mini cake pan covered with aluminum foil to form the crust. 2: Steam 1/3 of butternut squash. 3: Blend the steamed butternut squash, 1/4 cup toasted coconut almond milk, 2 scoops beef gelatin (mixed in hot water), 1/2 scoop vanilla warrior protein, cinnamon, and lemon stevia drops until smooth. 4: Pour the custard/mousse mixture over the top of the crust. 5: Refrigerate overnight. 6: In the morning, peel off the tinfoil and serve.View original recipe
