What you need

greens

cup greek yogurt

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp fish sauce

tsp salt

avocado

red onion
tsp dried oregano

tbsp water

tbsp mayonnaise

tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fish sauce, garlic powder, coconut sugar/honey/maple syrup, Dijon mustard, nutritional yeast or grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. 2: Whisk together until smooth and creamy, adding water one tablespoon at a time to reach desired thickness. 3: Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain. 4: In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with tomatoes, avocado, greens, minced red onion, and the dressing. 5: Serve topped with soft boiled eggs if desired.View original recipe
