Instructions
1: Sauté purple cabbage, mushrooms, zucchini, and peppers in coconut oil. 2: Whisk organic eggs. 3: Spray cast iron skillet with avocado oil. 4: Pour whisked eggs into the skillet over medium high heat. 5: Pile on the sautéed veggies, roasted spaghetti squash, and roasted chicken. 6: Finish under the broiler. 7: Top with fresh dill, salt, pepper, coconut aminos, arugula, sprouts, tomato, olives, and kraut. 8: Serve directly from the skillet.View original recipe
