fl oz maple syrup

tbsp lime juice

clove garlic

tbsp water

head cauliflower

tbsp cilantro

tsp salt

tsp chipotle chili powder

tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
1: Preheat the grill to medium heat. 2: Make the butter by adding the butter, maple syrup, cilantro, salt, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and garlic to a small bowl. Mash together with a fork and mix well. 3: Spread the butter over the cauliflower. Place it on the grill's top rack and roast for 45-55 minutes, covering with foil halfway through. 4: While roasting, prepare the tahini sauce by adding tahini, water, lime juice, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
