
Marinated Orange Sesame Cucumbers

What you need

tbsp sriracha

tbsp honey
tbsp chili flakes

tsp sesame oil

fl oz apple cider vinegar

tbsp soy sauce

cup orange juice

tbsp scallion

oz persian cucumber

tbsp sesame seed
Instructions
1: Cut the cucumbers into slinkies, slicing thinly on both sides, careful to only cut 1/3 through. 2: Cut the cucumbers into thirds, removing the ends. 3: In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), sriracha, sesame oil, and chopped scallions to create the sauce. 4: Place the cucumber pieces in an airtight jar and pour the sauce over them. 5: Add apple cider vinegar to cover the cucumbers. 6: Marinate for at least 24 hours in the fridge before serving.View original recipe
