
Mediterranean Baked Feta Bruschetta

What you need

clove garlic

cup black olives
pesto

lb shrimp

Instructions
1: Drizzle a little olive oil, dried oregano, and thyme on the sheet pan; then add the block of feta and coat it in olive oil on both sides. 2: Add sliced cherry tomatoes, smashed garlic, sliced red onion, black olives, and lemon slices to the pan. 3: Drizzle olive oil over the top and add cracked black pepper and fresh dill. 4: Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F. 5: Toss shrimp in pesto, and after 15 minutes, add the shrimp to the pan. 6: Bake for 8 minutes, then place under the broiler for 1 minute.View original recipe
