What you need

can tuna
pepper

tbsp vidalia onion

hot sauce

salt
tsp olive oil

artichoke hearts

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp celery

tbsp roasted red pepper
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to broil on high setting, placing rack about 5 inches from the broiler. 2: Mix together tuna, red pepper, artichokes, onion, celery, salt, pepper, dill, yogurt, hot sauce, and olive oil. 3: Heat 1/2 tablespoon ghee over medium-high heat in an oven-safe sauté pan. 4: Once sizzling, add two pieces of 7 Nut and Seed Bread. 5: Divide the tuna mixture between the two slices and heat for about 3-4 minutes. 6: Remove from heat and top with the cheese. 7: Place the pan in the oven and broil for about 3-4 minutes more until cheese has melted. 8: Top with more fresh dill and serve with fresh tomatoes and olives.View original recipe
