tbsp coconut aminos
tbsp oil

cup ghee

Instructions
1: Bring flat iron steaks to room temperature and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. 3: Add the steaks and sear for 2.5 minutes per side without moving them. 4: Remove the steaks from the pan and set them aside. 5: Add chopped mushrooms to the pan and sauté for about 2 minutes. 6: Add sliced garlic to the mushrooms and sauté for another minute. 7: In a separate bowl, mix together broth, coconut aminos, and miso paste. 8: Pour the mixture into the pan and continue cooking for a couple of minutes until it thickens. 9: Add the steaks back to the pan and cook for another 30 seconds per side. 10: Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing. 11: For the miso butter, combine ghee and miso paste. 12: Serve the steak with steamed broccoli and sourdough toast.View original recipe
