Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, finely chopped mushrooms, miso paste, coconut aminos, chopped cilantro, chopped scallions, shredded carrot, salt, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. 2: Roll the mixture into 1.5 inch balls. 3: Roast the meatballs in the Ninja Foodi Grill at 375°F for 10 minutes. 4: For the potatoes, slice Yukon gold potatoes thinly and brush with olive oil and sweet chili sauce. 5: Air fry the potatoes at 390°F for about 10 minutes. 6: For the hummus, process garbanzo beans, lime juice, Sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, chopped scallions, cilantro, cumin, paprika, salt, and coconut aminos in a food processor until smooth, and adjust consistency with reserved liquid if desired.View original recipe
