Allow it to sit for 30 minutes. 2: For the miso-honey sauce, mix together fish sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, sriracha, and miso paste. 3: Season salmon chunks with salt, pepper, and Chinese five spice. 4: Heat oil in a pan and add the salmon, cooking for 1-2 minutes per side.
