What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

broccoli

tbsp lime juice

tsp chili garlic sauce

tsp sesame oil

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp sesame seed

tbsp whole grain mustard

tbsp honey

tbsp scallion

cup salted roasted cashews

tbsp white miso
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Fill a medium saucepan with water and a generous pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. 3: Make the butter by combining miso, mustard, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, melted butter, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl. 4: In a medium bowl, toss the salmon with the butter mixture, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and scallions. Place salmon on the prepared sheet pan and spread apart, topping with any remaining mixture. Roast in the oven for 5-6 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned. 5: While the salmon roasts, add the broccoli to the boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove and chop into bite-sized pieces. 6: On a plate, add the broccoli and top with salmon, cashews, hot honey, sesame seeds, scallions, and spicy mayo if using.View original recipe
