1: Prepare mixed greens and place in a bowl. 2: Slice the radishes, tomatoes, red onion, and rutabaga. 3: Pan roast the green beans and shiitakes. 4: Add the roasted vegetables and sliced veggies to the greens. 5: Flake the tuna and add it to the salad. 6: Place a hard boiled organic egg on top. 7: Add kalamata olives and a dollop of basil garlic kraut. 8: Sprinkle oregano over the salad. 9: Serve with Mediterranean crackers on the side. 10: Drizzle with organic olive oil and pomegranate balsamic vinegar before serving.View original recipe
