
No-Bake Apple Pie Bites
These no-bake apple pie bites are vegan and paleo-friendly, made with just two ingredients. You can use maple almond butter and sautéed apples or substitute with dried apples for a quick treat. They're easy to make and absolutely delicious, perfect for a snack or dessert.
What you need

tsp coconut oil

maple syrup
cup dried apples

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1: Open new tub of maple almond butter and drain the oil from the top. 2: Add the nut butter and 2 small chopped and sautéed apples (or 1 cup of dried apples) to a medium bowl. 3: Using clean hands, combine the mixture by kneading it together until the apples are well incorporated. 4: Use a cookie scoop or rounded tablespoon and scoop into bites. Place in refrigerator. 5: Optional: top with crushed pecans or drizzle with maple syrup. 6: For sautéed apples: chop apples into bite-sized pieces, toss with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and a sprinkle of coconut sugar. 7: Heat 2 teaspoons of coconut oil over medium heat and sauté/toss the apples until softened for about 4 minutes.View original recipe
