
Onion Flatbread Bites
These crispy high-protein onion flatbread bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer. They feature a savory flatbread made from cottage cheese and eggs, topped with sliced onions and seasoned with fresh thyme and olive oil, baked until golden brown.
What you need

fl oz olive oil
bunch fresh thyme
onion

tsp salt

tsp dried oregano
egg
pepper
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Make the flatbread. Add the cottage cheese, egg, salt, and oregano to a small bowl. Mix to combine. 3: Brush the sheet pan with a generous amount of olive oil, then spoon one and a half tablespoon spoonfuls of the cottage cheese onto the sheet pan, spread out. 4: Place an onion round on top of the cottage cheese and press down. Drizzle the tops with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. 5: Place them in the oven for 24-28 minutes, until the edges are browned and crisp. 6: Allow them to cool for a couple of minutes, then gently lift the crisps with a spatula.View original recipe
