
Orange Garlic Salmon
A fabulous and flavorful orange garlic salmon dish, seared to perfection and paired with a tasty sauce made from broth, orange juice, and garlic. What you need
cup broth

tsp tomato paste

lb salmon

tbsp honey
tsp orange zest

tbsp arrowroot starch

clove garlic

thyme sprigs

tsp coconut aminos

water
Instructions
1: Sear the salmon skin side down in ghee or oil over medium heat for 4 minutes. 2: Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, then remove from the pan. 3: In the same pan, add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. 4: Add broth, orange juice, honey, coconut aminos, and tomato paste to the pan and bring to a boil. 5: Stir in orange zest, thyme sprigs, and arrowroot starch mixed with water to thicken. 6: Place the salmon back in the pan with the sauce and allow to cook for 2 more minutes. 7: Serve the salmon with rice or cauliflower rice and veggies.View original recipe
