Instructions
1: Cut potatoes into quarters and place in ice water for 30 minutes. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Pat potatoes dry, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Chinese Five Spice. 4: Roast potatoes on a baking sheet for 30 minutes until crispy. 5: In a pot, bring water, orange juice, salt, onion, garlic, and fresh herbs to a boil. 6: Add thawed shrimp, turn off heat, and let poach for 3-4 minutes. 7: Remove shrimp, pat dry, and toss with coconut aminos and sesame oil. 8: For the aioli, mix Greek yogurt, mayo, lime juice, coconut aminos, sriracha, and honey in a bowl. 9: Serve the shrimp with crispy potatoes and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.View original recipe
