These Paleo ‘Cheesy’ Pizza Quesadillas are made with almond tortillas and filled with a delicious tomato spread, dairy-free cheese, turkey pepperoni, and fresh basil. The meal is quick to prepare and can be easily adapted to be vegan by omitting the turkey.
What you need

tsp onion powder

tbsp tomato paste

fresh basil

tsp garlic powder
tsp olive oil

turkey pepperoni

tbsp ketchup

dash oregano

splash avocado oil
dash pepper

dash salt
tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions
1: Heat the almond tortillas in a pan sprayed with avocado oil on medium high heat. 2: Spread the tomato spread on the tortillas. 3: Add dairy free cheese, turkey pepperoni, and fresh basil on top. 4: Once the cheese starts melting, fold over the tortilla. 5: Cook for another 30 seconds until heated through. 6: To make the tomato spread, mix tomato paste, ketchup, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. 7: To prepare the avocado yogurt ranch, blend dairy free yogurt, ripe avocado, dill seed, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.View original recipe
