Instructions
1: Cut up the plantains and spray with avocado oil. 2: Season the plantains with chipotle powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika or taco seasoning. 3: Air fry the plantains at 350°F for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway. 4: Lay the air-fried plantains in a cast iron skillet. 5: Brush the plantains with hot sauce. 6: Add diced tomatoes and sliced jalapeños on top. 7: Optionally, add cheese. 8: Bake the skillet at 400°F for about 7-10 minutes. 9: Remove from oven and top with greens, avocado, fried eggs, cilantro, and crumbled dairy free feta cheese.View original recipe
