tsp cream of tartar

tsp coconut oil
tsp lemon extract

cup almond milk
Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix green banana flour, paleo baking flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda. 2: In another bowl, whisk the egg, melted coconut oil, lemon extract, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar. 3: Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. 4: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the batter to form pancakes. 5: Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden. 6: Serve topped with frozen blackberries, granola, almond butter, and blackberry jam.View original recipe
