What you need

cup almond flour
tbsp sunbutter

tsp vanilla

tbsp cocoa powder

tbsp cassava flour

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 2: Mix together almond flour, coconut flour, salt, egg white, vanilla, monk fruit, collagen, and coconut oil to form a sticky ball. 3: Divide the mixture into two bowls. 4: Mix one bowl with cocoa powder and tagatose, and the other with sunbutter and cassava flour, making sure to mix well by hand. 5: Roll the mixtures into balls slightly larger than peas. 6: Place them on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. 7: Bake for about 15 minutes until cooked and slightly brown. 8: Remove from the oven and let them cool.View original recipe
