What you need

tsp vanilla

cup cassava flour

tsp cream of tartar

tbsp coconut flour

tsp baking soda
egg

cup almond milk
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Mix together dry ingredients (cassava flour, coconut flour, protein powder, pumpkin purée, vanilla, cinnamon, cream of tartar, baking soda). 3: Add in almond milk and eggs (or mashed banana for vegan). 4: Mix well. 5: Coat skillet with coconut oil and pour in batter. 6: Add blueberries on top of the batter. 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes.View original recipe
